Heidi Novak B.S., LMT, EnKA, Founder of All for Health and Awareness, AHA!  shares her experience:

“In 2003 my health concerns exacerbated to a point of utter despair.   My health is my life – I am passionate about having a high quality of life.  I played collegiate water polo, I love to exercise and I have always lookedreasonably healthy.  Yet I lost it for five years in my early 20’s, when I should be at my prime.  I had a whole host of weird diseases that no 23 year old should see until they are in their 40’s!  Within a two-year period I was diagnosed with Ulcers, plantar fasciitis, IBS, Liver Toxicity, insomnia, and night eating syndrome.  I was a total wreck, and I didn’t know who I was.   The medications that doctor’s were prescribing made my symptoms even worse!  My only hope was holistic healthcare.

Now, I have my own practice in Energy Kinesiology and Bodywork and have joy and honor in what I do.  However, until I found Orenda, it was barely paying for the office bills.  In 2010, I had been in practice for two and a  half years and couldn’t afford to write myself one paycheck.  Up until now, everything that I earned went towards my debt.

Now, I am honored to finally have found a doctor  that supports my mission and values.  Dr. Lu understands the support necessary to practice medicine and holistic healthcare. She understands the time and money it takes to invest in working with people and healthcare. Dr. Lu changed my life and practice.
